Harry Rubins, Branch Manager and Financial Consultant

An independent financial consultant with Foothill Securities in Santa Rosa, CA, Harry has over 23 years' experience providing investment management and financial consultation, specializing in retirement plan distributions for both participants and their heirs. Having established his own successful financial planning practice in 1986, Harry particularly enjoys teaching and coaching his clients, sharing what he has learned as a lecturer, and "translating" challenging and complex tax, estate, and financial planning information into comprehensible strategies for his clients.

Harry is continually updated on the latest tax law and IRS ruling changes, key elements he implements in his planning strategies. When Harry isn't helping create solid financial futures for his clients, he is keen on traveling, playing tennis, growing roses, and avidly participating in the lives of his friends and family.


Harry Rubins is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council and the Santa Rosa West Rotary. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Santa Rosa Symphony and KRCB Public Radio and Television station.

Harry is also a member of Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group, whereby he is continually updated on the latest tax law and IRS ruling changes, key elements he implements in his planning strategies. When Harry isn't helping create solid financial futures for his clients, he is keen on traveling, playing tennis, growing roses, and avidly participating in the lives of his friends and family.

Harry is most proud of his Future Financial Consultants, Katelyn Anne Mounts, her little sister, Allyson Mounts and his other grandaughter Taryn Rubins.

With a long history of office management, Louise has the knowledge and expertise to answer all manner of questions, and the ability to make the office a welcome and pleasant place to visit and do business.
